This is the real thing, the
affiliate system used by Barnes and Noble, XOOM.com, Network Solutions
(the company running InterNIC), and a number of other large Internet
retailers. Barnes and Noble picked it, they say, because they believe
it's the best system available. As you can imagine, this is not a
cheap system. (Here's a hint: when a software publisher doesn't publish
its prices on its Web site, you know it's going to cost a lot of money.)
If you don't want to spend at least $7,500 for software installation,
plus "customization" fees, plus 5% of your gross sales, don't bother
